You retain ownership of all content you create within WishBasket (your lists, categories, and items). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you create. We do not review user-created content.
The WishBasket name, logo, design, software, and all other original content are the intellectual property of WishBasket and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We strive to keep WishBasket available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WishBasket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@wishbasket.click. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
